More a handout than a book, August 30, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Metro Revealed: Building Windows 8 apps with XAML and C# (Paperback) I was already a bit disappointed when I got the book by mail. It is just a small one, almost a handout. It covers the basic programming of Metro apps but doesn't include much more than you could get out of the internet within an hour. If you already know a bit of C# programming and WPF, then this book is obsolete in my opinion.

Not enough meat to bring a developer to the point of building any sort of real-world application. More of an introduction.
